We’re proud to announce that Italik has officially achieved ISO 27001 certification, the internationally recognised gold standard for information security management.
Alongside this, we’ve also been certified for ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), with all three audits UKAS-accredited, meaning they meet the highest standard of independence and trust.
Why ISO 27001 matters
In a world where cyber threats are growing by the day, ISO 27001 certification provides something every business needs: confidence that their data is protected.
Therefore for our clients, it means that Italik’s internal systems and controls for information security have been independently verified, and that we’re working to a strict, risk-based framework designed to protect sensitive data, maintain service continuity, and reduce vulnerabilities.
However It’s not just about ticking boxes, it’s about building trust. And we’re proud to give our clients the assurance that comes with being an ISO 27001-certified provider.
More than just security
While ISO 27001 was the focus of this journey, we also took the opportunity to strengthen the way we operate more broadly achieving:

- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management: Shows we’re actively working to reduce our environmental impact and operate more sustainably.
In addition all three certifications were awarded without any non-conformances, a result we’re genuinely proud of. It reflects the standards we already hold ourselves to day-to-day, now backed by internationally recognised frameworks.
What UKAS accreditation means
Not all ISO certifications are created equal.
For instance our audits were completed by a UKAS-accredited certification body, which means they were carried out independently, impartially, and to the highest recognised standard. When you see the UKAS “crown and tick” mark, it’s a trusted signal that the certification process itself has also been verified.
It’s one more reason clients, partners, and regulators can have full confidence in our credentials.
