Fast-growing IT company Italik has announced the opening of a new office in Manchester following a number of successful years of developing business in the area.

The Wetherby-based business will use the new Swinton branch, based in the Lowry Mill building, to enhance its IT support for North-West clients, add new clients in the region and tap into Manchester’s pool of highly-skilled developers and engineers.

Holding an exemplary reputation amongst its clients, Italik provides IT services to a number of local and national businesses including JN Bentley, England Squash, Hunters Estate Agents and Help-Link.

Service Desk Engineer

Job Description:

  • Provide first point of contact to Italik customers primarily
    onsite but also remotely for infrastructure support. 
  • Work as part of a team to deliver IT Support to our
    customer database under the guidelines of ITIL.
  • Assist on project work where required under the guidance
    of the Project Manager. 
  • Ensure customers are provided with quality support.
